"Your company came to my home to restore a leather chair. The gentleman did a good job but the color was off from what we expected. I thought once it dried it might not be as dark, but it did not change. I called the office and was very impressed with the girl that helped me. I was upset when I called and the girl was very understanding and assured me that you all would do what you could to fix things. The same man came back to my house and refinished the chair and made it look great.
